Hey, I’m Sergio, I’m moving to Sydney to study at UTS and I’m really looking forward to settling in and meeting new people.

I’m easy-going, friendly and pretty active. I like to keep a good routine during the week with study and staying active (runs, swim, etc.), but I’m also keen to relax and enjoy my downtime.

I’m definitely up for a chat, shared meals, or the occasional drink, and I’d love to live in a place with a good social vibe where everyone gets along. At the same time, I respect personal space and like having a good balance.

I’m clean, tidy and considerate, and I like to keep shared spaces in good shape. I’ve also planned things well financially and have sufficient funds to comfortably cover my living expenses while studying, so everything is stable on that side.

Overall, just looking for a chill, positive home with good people
