Sergio

Hey, I’m Sergio. I’m moving to Sydney from the UK to start a Master of Quantitative Finance at UTS, and I’m really looking forward to settling in and meeting new people.

Although I’ll be studying full-time, I’ve worked professionally for over 10 years in engineering and quality management across the UK, Estonia and Guatemala. I’ve also lived in shared accommodation for many years, so I’m used to being respectful of other people’s space, keeping shared areas tidy and contributing to a positive home environment.

I’m easy-going, friendly and pretty active. I like to keep a good routine during the week with study and staying active (running, swimming, etc.), but I also enjoy relaxing in my downtime.

I’m always happy to have a chat, share a meal, or grab the occasional drink, and I’d love to live in a friendly home where everyone gets along while still respecting each other’s personal space and independence.

I’m clean, tidy and considerate, and I like to keep shared spaces in good shape. I’ve planned things well financially, and my studies and living expenses are fully covered, so everything is stable on that side.

Overall, I’m simply looking for a relaxed, respectful and positive home with like-minded people.
