Sergio

Hey, I’m Sergio. I recently moved to Sydney from the UK and I’m studying a Master of Quantitative Finance at UTS.

Before moving here, I worked professionally for over 10 years in engineering, quality and risk management across the UK, Estonia and Guatemala. I’ve also lived in shared accommodation for many years, so I’m very used to sharing a home and being respectful of other people’s space.

I’m easy-going, friendly and active. During the week I spend quite a bit of time studying and I regularly go swimming and train, but I also really enjoy relaxing at home, watching movies, cooking, having dinner together or just chatting over a drink.

I’m ideally looking for a home shared with one or two other male housemates, preferably working professionals. I’d really like a friendly and social home where we actually know each other and hang out occasionally, while still having our own lives and respecting each other’s privacy.

I’m clean, tidy and considerate and like keeping common areas in good shape. I’m looking for somewhere I can settle in and treat as a home rather than simply renting a room.

My studies and living expenses are fully funded, so everything is stable financially.
