About us
We are a professional couple currently based in Taipei. I am an assistant professor at National Taiwan University, and we will be visiting Melbourne for a research stay at the University of Melbourne (July–February).
We are a couple with an infant (born January this year). My wife will be on parental leave during this period, and we maintain a stable and quiet daily routine. We are responsible and careful tenants and will take excellent care of the property.
We are looking for a furnished, self-contained apartment (not a shared house) for around 7–8 months.
We have one well-trained indoor cat (desexed, litter-trained, no damage history). The cat is older and very calm, and not active. If pets are not suitable for the property, we are open to discussing possible arrangements.
We are happy to provide references if needed.
