Hi everyone 😄

I’m James, I’m 22 years old studying mechanical engineering at RMIT and also working part time. I’m generally a very happy go lucky person and easy going. I usually like to go to the gym in my free time if my schedule is not busy but otherwise would just like to chill at home. I’m generally clean and tidy, and hope for the same. Currently just looking for a private room in a share house, with a price range of around $240-$290 a week. Always love to have a chat with one another, but also respecting down times.
