Hey, I'm Angus, 27, currently in regional QLD, relocating to Brisbane for work between mid-August and late September.

I'm in commercial operations/contracts management and keep typical 9-5 hours.

Day-to-day I'm pretty low maintenance: gym regularly, enjoy the occasional game, film, or weekend trip. I cook, clean up after myself, and don't have pets or a revolving door of guests.

One firm requirement: I need reliable private toilet access (health related). Own bathroom or ensuite is ideal, a separate WC works fine, and at minimum one toilet per housemate.

Looking for somewhere tidy and reasonably quiet. Easy-going about most things, just want good communication if something comes up. After a 3 to 6 month stay to start, happy to settle in longer if the place's a good fit; I'll move to my own lease eventually, but I'm not in a rush.

Mainly chasing the inner north and north-west, Wilston, Windsor, Newmarket, Ashgrove and that belt, but open to the inner east and anywhere close to the city for the right room. I've got a car and a bike, so somewhere to park both is a bonus (happy for the car on-street, bike ideally secure or off-street).
