Full-time contracts and commercial ops professional, in the office in Newstead Monday to Friday. Clean and tidy, no pets, non-smoker.

Out most of the day and at the gym when I can, around on weekends. Happy to share a meal, a drink or a movie, and just as happy to leave you to your own space. Not a party person, and no partner moving in.

I rent out a place of my own, so I know what a reliable tenant looks like. Rent on time, no drama, and I'd rather raise something early than let it build.

Practical stuff: ideally six months to start, but I'm flexible on that and happy to extend if it's a good fit. Must have aircon in the house and ideally a second toilet. I have my own furniture but I'm open to furnished places.

I've got a car and a motorcycle and ride to work most days, so off-street space for the bike is a bonus, though it tucks into any corner. The car can live on the street.
