Hey, I'm Angus, 27, currently in regional QLD, relocating to Brisbane for work sometime starting mid July to early September.

I'm in commercial operations/contracts management, so I keep fairly standard hours.

Day-to-day I'm pretty low maintenance, gym regularly, enjoy the occasional game, film, or weekend trip. I cook, I clean up after myself, and I don't have pets or a revolving door of guests.

Looking for somewhere tidy and reasonably quiet. Easy-going about most things, just want good communication if something comes up. Initial stay of 3 to 4 months while I search for a standalone lease, though happy to extend this if the dynamic is good.
