Hey, I'm Angus, 27, relocating to Brisbane from regional QLD for work. Earliest possible move is 8 August.

I'm in commercial operations/contracts management and keep typical 9-5 hours.

Day-to-day I'm pretty low maintenance: gym regularly, enjoy the occasional game, film, or weekend trip. I cook, clean up after myself, and don't have pets or a revolving door of guests.

Looking for somewhere tidy and reasonably quiet. Easy-going about most things, just want good communication if something comes up. Own bathroom or ensuite is a requirement (separate WC works too).

Looking for a 6 month stay to start, happy to be flexible or settle in longer if it's a good fit; I'll move to my own lease eventually but I'm not in a rush.

Location-wise I'm open across inner and middle-ring Brisbane, preferably southside but anywhere with reasonable CBD access works. I've got a car and am happy to street-park it, secure/off street space for a motorcycle would be a bonus.
