What up future flattys! I’m Zach, a 25-year-old Kiwi from Mount Maunganui that’s just jumped the ditch after nearly a year solo travelling Asia. Trying to kick start a new life here in Melbs and looking for the perfect place and people to get the most out of this city while hopefully enriching your lives also!

Im a full time sparky, so not looking for a party house but one that is still social & easy going. A place that feels like a home with the bonus of living with some legends.

I love to socialise and always keen to indulge in a few beers on the weekend. I’ve come to Melbourne for the social aspect of the city, so would be great being around a cool group of like minded lads and lasses that will become friends rather than just flattys. People that are down for wine and dine nights, getting down to the local together, game nights, even hosting here and there. But I also value & respect others downtime and personal space especially throughout the week with work. I’ll also always pull my own weight around the house and like to take pride in my space.

In my free time I try to stay active with gym/sports, events, gigs, planning a new adventure, just trying whatever I can get my hands on really and hopefully can even get you in on the action!

I can be flexible on the location/price/ammenities but ideally there would be a place out of sight to park or hide my motorbike and some on/off street parking for my car. But not necessarily a deal breaker, also furnished would be great but not a deal breaker either!

I’m not in a rush but pretty much available to move in immediately if it’s the right place, so feel free to reach out for an interview etc if you think I might be the right fit!
