Hey there…..I’m Maddie🤗

I would love to team up with another female and sign a new lease together.
I’ve been looking at two bedroom places near the city for around $600 pw.
I already have all household furniture, so you would just need bedroom stuff☺️

Open to rooms in an already established household, if there’s the option to be flexible on furnishings. Some of my things I just can’t part with, also an added bonus if you need something replaced👍🏻

A little about me……
I’m 38 years old, single and I don’t have any children. I do come with the most adorable and intelligent (obviously I’m biased🤣) 2 year old Cavoodle who is my absolute world.
She is toilet and crate trained. She is well behaved (most of the time, she does have a turd streak💩), doesn’t shed and doesn’t normally bark (except at animals on tv🤦🏻‍♀️) She will happily give you cuddles and kisses and would never say no to a game of fetch🥰 She would solely be my responsibility.

Currently I’m living in my family home, due to not being able to find another rental after the landlord wanted to move in.

I work as a visual merchandiser Monday- Friday in the city, so I’m up early and home late.
When I’m not working, I’m a bit of a home body. In my spare time you’ll find me being creative, bingeing a series, exploring with Maisie or catching up with friends & family.

I’m a very considerate, honest and kind person, who can communicate well. Communication is key to be able to live in a happy and comfortable household.
I love being around others, but also appreciate my own downtime.
I like to think I’m an easy going person, except when it comes to cleanliness.
I am a very clean and tidy person, who enjoys a clutter free environment.
It’s important to me that I live with someone who also holds these similar values.
