I’m currently looking to team up with the right person to find and apply for a new place together in Melbourne.

A bit about what I’m looking for:

• Long-term and stable setup
• Parking availability is a must (I have a motorcycle)
• Preferably no carpet
• Open to different suburbs depending on the place and the fit but prefer north east suburbs
• Ideally sharing with one person only
• Max budget will be $320 P/w
• I would like to move before September, but I'm flexible.

I already have furniture for a large part of the apartment, so that definitely helps when setting up a new home.

I’m Santiago, Colombian, and I’ve been living in Melbourne for over 3 years. I work in hospitality and currently hold the lease in a CBD apartment, but I’m ready for a change and would rather build a comfortable and peaceful home with someone genuinely committed to good coexistence.

I’m clean, respectful, financially responsible, pretty independent, and I value a calm, low-drama environment. I enjoy cooking, training, music, photography, and generally keeping a peaceful routine. I’m not looking for a party house, more a home where both people feel comfortable, respected, and relaxed.
