I’m a single woman, working in cybersecurity in the CBD, looking for a studio near public transport.

I’m extremely clean and tidy, take pride in caring for my home, and live a very quiet, lowkey lifestyle. My favourite ways to unwind on the weekend are to go hiking, catch up with friends for brunch, or see a movie.

I’m a non-smoker/non-vaper and non-drinker, with no pets, and no interest in parties. My ideal place would have built-in wardrobes, a separate bathroom, an oven and a laundry, but I can be flexible with furnishings. No need for a car space. Modern design/recent renovation preferred.
