Hello All,
My name is Savion (say-vee-on) and I'm currently in the city on a Work and Holiday Visa and will be in Sydney from around 17 Jan thru 30 June, then potentially longer if my student visa gets approved.
I consider myself the busy roommate. I'm always cooking, baking, cleaning or working on something, but I'm still mindful of everyone else's peace. If I'm not home, I'm probably biking around and exploring new neighborhoods.
I'm looking for an unfurnished private room within 7km of the CBD. My budget is 350 with bills included, 300 without.
