Hello! I'm Ethan, a quiet, introverted nerd. I'm looking for a furnished place to stay at for a few months to a year or longer.
(Please note that I am not actively looking at this time; instead, I am keeping an eye out for what is available)
I am flexible for location within the Melbourne metropolitan area (the list is non-exhaustive), and I am flexible on budget and move-in date.

I am already located in Melbourne, and currently taking time off from employment whilst I get settled and familiar with the city.
I predict I will be employed full-time when I move in - I'm aiming to have a job first before actively seeking to change where I live (i.e. suburb).

I have a couple years flatting experience, and I like a well-run tidy quiet flat.
I'm happy to do my own thing in my free time, usually exercising after a WFH day, or watching some random YouTube or streaming TV to unwind.
On weekends, I may also be found writing my own software for fun, and occasionally playing video games or exploring new areas and walks of Melbourne.
