I’m currently on the lookout for a room in the Richmond/Abbotsford/Hawthorn area but open to other areas — ideally with an ensuite or own bathroom and a relaxed, LGBTQ+ friendly vibe.
A little about me: I’m in my early 30s, work full-time in the sales industry, and love a good balance between being social and having my own space. I’m tidy, respectful, and always down for a chat over a drink or a mid-week Netflix session. Outside of work you’ll usually find me at the gym or out for a walk, exploring new pubs, or out with friends.
Budget is $300–$400 per week, and I’m looking for a place with parking (car space or permit). Move-in date: ASAP. I’m hoping to stay long-term (6+ months).
