Hi, I'm Brian! I'm an engineering masters student at Monash Clayton, and am looking to move into a warm, comfortable and well-connected place. I'm from Dubai, and moved to Melbourne a year ago for my studies. I love soccer, can somewhat play the uke and sing, and can cook a pretty good South Indian chicken curry!

I've a placement over the summer, work casual jobs and will start my final semester in February, so I'm usually very busy during the week. I am incredibly friendly and love a good chat over some food and drinks, but I also really enjoy my own personal space and down time. I'm very respectful and considerate with regards to noise and personal space, and would expect the same from you. I'm extremely particular about personal and social hygiene, and make it a point to ensure my place is well-maintained and clean.

I'm looking for a private bedroom, ideally furnished but can talk about unfurnished options too. I'm ready to share bathroom(s), as long as we keep everything clean and tidy. I'd love to move in towards the end of November, but can also make it work in early December. Ideally, this would be for 9 to 12 months, but I am open to negotiate. The mentioned budget of 330/week is my maximum, but can be negotiated depending on bills and facilities. Let's talk!
