I am looking for a granny flat, whole unit or a rooming house room unfurnished with a ensuite.

I am studying full time at University and working part time. Most of my life is full with work and school.
When I get time I enjoy architecture, the arts, nature and travel.
I am Honest, reliable, trustworthy, friendly and approachable.
I enjoy chill times when at home and I do my own thing 🌞

I have my own furniture so an unfurnished space or a space whose furnishing’s can be removed is required.
Additionally, I have a car so either a carpark or on street parking and able to apply for a permit with the property if needed.
