Hi, my name is Pranav(28M). I'm looking for someone to team up with as I'm planning to move somewhere with a closer access to Yarra Glen. My budget is between $250 - $300 per week. Ideally a 2 bedroom apartment with my own/ensuite bathroom would do well but also open to more rooms.

I'm a very relaxed individual, respectful of your personal space, clean up after myself. I'm a chef by trade so you will be treated to delicious food from time to time but you probably won't see me much given my work hours. I have been renting in Melbourne for 4 years now so have enough experience sharing spaces. I work early mornings and weekends so am looking for someone who isn't a party animal or a drama queen, preferably someone in their late 20s or early 30s who likes to maintain quiet after hours. I don't mind having friends over as long as either person is informed beforehand, they're respectful of the space and the apartment isn't left in a mess the next day. I will ofcourse extend the same courtesy as i expect. Hygiene is a priority for me, so i would love to have a cleaning schedule that works for us so as to keep it fair and not make it a hassle with leeway ofcourse from time to time. Life gets busy alot of times unplanned, i understand. I do have a car so will either need a parking space or off street parking ideally. I have collected a fair bit of stuff in my 4 years living here so would need something unfurnished or semi-furnished
