I am a Kiwi-Indian, who moved from Auckland to Melbourne in mid January ‘23. It’s been over 2 years since I have been here and I’ve been absolutely loving this city.
Unfortunately, it’s that time where I am needing to find a new place for myself hence, I am on the look out for a place to stay and also to meet new people.

I am looking for a shared apartment (private room) within my budget but also to make new friends/meet new people. Flat mates that like to mingle yet also appreciate their's and mine private space, are the ones that are ideal for me! This is because I am an easy going, ambivert who LOVES to meet new people!

It would be preferred if people can reach out to me if your ad has the following (regardless happy for you to reach out to me even if you don’t meet all of the following) :
-looking for someone to stay long term but have the lease roll over month to month and not only 12 monthly
-a fully furnished room with a double bed, preferably ensuite, desk and chair (if possible), big cupboard, sofa in the living room, dinner table, fridge, washing machine, dryer, tv, basic kitchen utensils etc
-near a train station (max 5-7 minutes walk)

Lastly, even though I have added my preferences of suburbs, I am interested in alao hearing about other suburbs that are max. 35 minutes away from city through public transport.
