Hello, my name is Wil and I am looking for accommodation for my upcoming university intake at the start of march. I am looking for housing preferably close by to the CBD or close by to a train station for the commute to uni. I'm looking to move somewhere anywhere from now onwards. Some things about me; I am 20 years old and I moved from Melbourne to Coffs Harbour approximately 4 years ago and moved back to Melbourne at the start of 2025 for my studies. I will be starting my 2nd year with my associates in business and then transitioning into a bachelor's degree. I feel like I will make a great fit into any environment as I am respectful, tidy and quiet. I look forward to hearing back from you. I have prior rental experience. My income stems from my part time job at woolies, student allowance and a small business that i have started up selling camera gear and related equipment. I hope to hear back from you!
