Hi, I’m Amanda, I’m from Taiwan, I’m a student, living in Greenvale, my room contract will be finished on 1/1/2026, if your room will be available on the day, please let me know I would like to have a house inspection, if the room that suit for me, I will also happy to book the room then until 1/1/26 I’ll move in, here are my ideas for the room:

✨Private room with shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet.
✨Maximum 4 people in the house :)
✨Rent: 220-260(include or exclude the bills)
✨Living area: Melbourne CBD or around Melbourne CBD near TRAM or TRAIN station
✨Transportation: Walk, Bus, Tram, Train(I have a car currently but once I move to city I’ll sell my car)
✨Life style: I have two part-timed jobs, from day to night, in my free time I’ll have dance class and hang out with my friends! When I’m at home, I spend most of time in my room, I have to do my school assessment, preparing my dance class or just watch movie in the room, so I won’t disturb anyone:) no party(will be in the bar if have one), no pet, no kids, no smoke, no drink, visitor not sure(if you allow then yes if you are not allow then I won’t have any visitors) I just need a space that after my busy day I can rest very well and have new energy for another day :)
