Tidy, clean, respectful, quiet, resourceful, friendly, open & honest kiwi girl wanting a room for myself only. I love all things music related, & I go to a lot of concerts, and have a decent vinyl collection. I don't have much furniture other than my own bed that I would like to use instead of your own (if room is already furnished). I have my own desk & a 2 level shelf cabinet that is sturdy enough to hold my vinyl records. Other than that I can try & find storage for everything else that doesn't fit in the bedroom (if storage is an issue). A built in wardrobe or stand alone wardrobe in the room is a must please. If your place accepts dogs then I have one that also needs a home. If not, I will source alternative accommodation for her. Thank you
