Hey, my name is Peter (24), from Germany. I am currently doing a Gap Year between my Bachelor and Master here in Australia.

I'm a considerate, respectful and tidy person, so it's very important to me to live with others who are empathetic and share the same values. My ideal home would be a cozy, laid back environment where we can also become friends, not just housemates!
I definitely love my alone time but I’m also a sociable person. I'm always down to hang out, cook together, go for a drink and dance together so if that's your vibe we would be a great fit!:). I‘m also a very sporty guy, that loves any kind of sports as well as going for a run and working out in the gym.
Furthermore I speak fluent english, I‘m financially stable and reliable.

My ideal location would be anywhere in or around Brunswick, Fitzroy, Richmond, South Yarra, St Kilda.
My budget per week is $400 but I'd be willing to go a bit higher depending on the room. I'm looking to stay in Melbourne for about 1 month with possibility to extend.
