I’m moving to Melbourne to study a 2-year Master’s degree. I’ve previously lived in Australia and other overseas countries, so I’m very comfortable with shared living and respecting others’ space.

I speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but I value a quiet and peaceful home environment. I’m clean, tidy, organised, and a non-smoker.

Outside of work, I’m a foodie and enjoy travelling, reading, and learning about different cultures.

I’m looking for a room that can fit a double bed, ideally in a 2–4 bedroom share house (preferably not a very large household). I prefer an all-female home, though I’m open to mixed households. I would appreciate a home that isn’t party-focused, and clear communication if guests are staying overnight.

I’ll be available for inspections after 20 March and am planning to move in from late March to early April.
