I’m a 36-year-old full-time professional looking for a peaceful and respectful place to call home. I’m easygoing, clean, and considerate, and I really value a calm living environment.

Most of my free time is spent at home or sometimes going out with friends — I enjoy cooking, watching movies, and relaxing indoors. I’m social and enjoy meeting new people and building a friendly connection with housemates, but I also respect personal space and value my own privacy.

I’m ideally looking for a home with no more than 1–2 other housemates, where everyone is respectful and considerate. A private bathroom is a must for me, as I really value having my own space and privacy.

I’m hoping to find a home with a good balance of friendliness and quiet, especially during rest and sleeping hours, as having a peaceful environment is important to me.

A car park is also a must for me.
