I'm a 37-year-old self-employed guy working in tech, running my own business and working primarily from home. I'm particularly interested in startups, AI and building software, so I spend a fair bit of my time working on projects from my laptop.

I'm clean, tidy, respectful and fairly introverted. At home I generally keep to myself and enjoy a quiet environment, but I'm friendly and happy to have a chat with housemates. Outside of work, I'm into movies, sport and keeping active.

I'm definitely not a party-house person and would suit a relaxed, peaceful household where everyone respects each other's space and keeps the common areas clean. I don't have any pets or kids and am looking for somewhere comfortable and stable that I can treat as home.
