Hey there! I'm a 22 year old retail employee, music teacher and musician currently on the hunt for a new place. I'm a neat, quiet and respectful housemate, and I highly value cleanliness. I can afford up to $350/wk on rent and bills! As a professional musician, it's not uncommon for me to practice guitar/bass for up to 3 hours a day, but this is always done at a respectful volume and I often use headphones so it shouldn't be a problem.
