Hi, I'm Breanna - a 30 year old Australian female studying psychology. I've been in Melbourne for about 6 months now (moved from Queensland) and spend my free time out and about exploring the city and surrounds, going on hikes, day trips, or just reading. I'm super clean and quiet, respectful of other people's space and belongings, neat, tidy, and like my own space.

Seeking a room to rent in (ideally) an inner city suburb, but am open to anywhere within an hour of the CBD if it means cheaper rent. My budget is $300 per week if bills aren't included, or can go up to (max) $330 if all bills are included

I don't have a car, so it would need to be close to public transport and/or supermarkets. I will also need space to fit a desk in the room.

I'm up for a friendly chat when we cross paths in the house, but also mindful of boundaries. I go to bed and get up fairly early, so would prefer someone the same - or someone who can respect that and keep noise levels low. I don't drink or smoke, and not looking for a party house at all (I'm too old for that!) I'd also prefer if you were working full time.

I don't have any pets but love dogs and have previously studied vet nursing, so am open to a house with dogs (I'm allergic to cats unfortunately). Your fur babies will be in good hands if you have any!
