Nice to meet you!!

My name is Jay. I’m a hard-working, motivated young (female) professional who values growth, honesty, and good energy. I train Muay Thai, love animals, enjoy great food, and have strong interests in psychology and finance, and I am pursuing my passion for creative direction. I’m huge on self-improvement, giving back to the community where I can and building solid lifelong connections.

I pride myself on being reliable, keeping on schedule and always working toward something. I’m currently studying at TAFE for my role while also completing my bachelor’s in Business at uni. Alongside my studies, I work full-time hours in the NDIS sector, which I genuinely love and find incredibly rewarding.

With me I bring my fur baby, Bella! Bella is a rescue from Quirindi, NSW, and will be turning 3 in October! She is a very beautiful, warm, gentle, loving soul. Bella is house and toilet-trained and, with my previous landlord as a reference for her, has never had issues in my previous rentals. she gets along well with other people and animals of all kinds.

I’m social, respectful, and easy to live with. I work hard, keep my space tidy, and genuinely value clear and consistent communication and mutual support. I enjoy an active household where people are friendly, positive, and doing their own thing, whether they’re professionals, creatives, or just good humans.

I’m looking for a warm, healthy home and somewhere supportive, stable, egofree, drama free, and not toxic. where everyone treats each other with respect. If you value honesty, trust, growth and a balanced lifestyle, we’ll definitely get along well.
