I’m currently working full-time in Melbourne in a project management role, and I’m helping my assistant find a suitable place to rent. We’re looking for a long-term rental and are genuinely ready to move forward once we find the right property.

Before arranging an inspection, we’d like to understand a bit more about the property, such as the room details, availability, lease terms, and any important house arrangements. We find that having a clear understanding beforehand helps avoid wasting your time as well as ours, and allows us to arrange a viewing only if the property is a good fit.

My assistant is a full-time working professional who is quiet, respectful, tidy, and reliable. We’re not just casually browsing listings we’re actively looking to secure a place and can move quickly if everything suits both parties. We’re also happy to provide any documents or references you may require.
