Hi! I'm a software engineer working full time in Melbourne. I've been in the same Abbotsford sharehouse for 3 years now, and I'm happy to put you in touch with my landlord for a reference. I work from home 2 days a week but I'm set up at a desk in my room with headphones, so I won't be taking over the living room. Rest of the week I'm in the office.

I studied at UQ and moved down to Melbourne for work after graduating. Outside of work I'm into bouldering, easy hikes, thrifting, grabbing drinks and going to music events.

I have a car so I'm after somewhere with off street parking, or at least a street where parking is actually reliable. Budget is around $400/wk. Looking to stay at least 12 months. Can move in from around 20 Sep, not too early moving in because I want to give my landlord a months notice before I commit to moving out.

I keep common areas tidy and do my share of the cleaning. Happy to hang out with housemates or keep to myself, depends on the house.

Also open to teaming up on a whole property, 2 or 3 bedrooms.
