Hello!

I'm a recent law graduate from ANU and I'm currently on the hunt to jump into a friendly share house as I finally escape the cultural void that is Canberra and return to my roots in Melbourne. I've sharehoused for most of my adult life and so I'm well-versed in maintaing a clean, respectful and friendly household. I come with an 18-year-old geriatric cat called Spaz who is house trained and whose lifestyle consists of alternating between sleeping outside during the day and sleeping inside at night.

A little bit more about me:
• I value a communication and mutual respect to resolve any speed-bumps in living together;
• I'm clean and tidy and ideally would like a place where others clean up after themselves too;
• I'm sociable and enjoy chatting with my housemates and hearing about their day, but also respect the need for individual space.
• I'm respectful when it comes to noise and ensuring that I don't encroach upon the sensory needs of others. You'll often find me either working with my headphones on or reading in my spare time.
• I'll be completing post-graduate study and working full-time so will either be working/studying at home or elsewhere a lot of the time. When I'm not studying or working, I like to meet up with friends in the city.
• Sometimes a bit of a homebody in the evenings and weekend.

I am moving back to Melbourne on 12th February so I am happy to pay rent for a place earlier if it means I can secure a room! I'm also really flexible on location - my only criteria is that it's close to public transport <3
